I can’t say enough great things about Mark Payne’s Collision Center! After being in a car accident, I was feeling completely overwhelmed and stressed. Thankfully, the tow truck company Casa View recommended I bring my car here and I’m so glad they did. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel at ease. This place was amazing! Mark is a great communicator and kept me informed every step of the way and was very responsive to emails. They did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. Most vehicle repair shops wash the exterior of the car before it is picked up, but Mark Payne Collision DETAILED my interior as well! Great job!

He walked me through the insurance process, answered all of my questions, and was always responsive whenever I had a concern. September 27 2022: so 10 months ago my car was at Mark Payne's automotive that is the review that you were going to see at the bottom of this review. Forward to now had to retake my car back into Mark Payne. The insurance was going to total my 2008 Toyota Camry with less than 90,000 miles!! Mark / his son, spoke with the insurance adjuster and was able to work out a deal with them so that my car was not totaled!! I want to Thank Mark Payne's collision. For helping me out in this situation with the insurance company. like I said before and my other review. I will not use any other shop. My car looks wonderful!!!! These gentlemen over here really know how to make a car look good. They are upbeat respectful! An they have great communication and VERY upfront!! which is hard to find in the automotive industry. Used Mark Payne's Collision. After my car was hit by my grandfather with the U-haul. My dad does a lot of business with a gentleman at the city of Garland.
